Debbie Collins, Co-Founder and Principal
My family and friends refer to me as Mama MacGyver. I like to solve problems using a pragmatic lens. A favorite motto of mine “Necessity is the mother of invention” has served me well over the years. When I am not solving problems of practical matters, I am connecting human dots. I have a passion for seeing the needs of people in my community and making connections. I am a lifelong learner.
I am obsessed with listening to and learning from other people. On any given day you can count on me to share an insight from my daily consumption of podcasts, books or personal discoveries. I believe in the goodness of people and creating solutions that normalize our human experience. We all deserve to be heard, seen and celebrated for our unique gifts and sensibilities.

My mind is always at work seeking ways to support my community and build sustainable sytems. When I am not out playing sports with my family or hiking in the woods you can find me noodling over new ideas to make our world a better place to live for everyone.
I founded the first of its kind media company Good Things. Good Things epitomized my desire to shine a light on the good happening in the world. Unfortunately Good Things was ahead of its time so I transitioned into helping nonprofi and for profit companies that shared my vision.
